Today product designers have an unprecedented freedom when designing products. The use of design as an intended communication feature has become a matter of survival in product design for both hardware and software products. The troublesome question related to this situation is that validated, easy to use methods supporting designers and marketing experts to get fast, reliable and validated information about the emotional impact of products are missing.
